OUR LEADERSHIP TEAM
Tim started his career with Abrams Construction in 1985 after graduating from Clemson University with a Degree in Building Science and Management. During his 13 years at Abrams he was promoted from Project Manager to Executive Vice President. In 1998, Tim decided to strike out on his own and founded T. D. Farrell Construction, Inc. in his garage using his life savings as seed money. Since that time the organization has grown to $150 million annual volume and has completed over $2.5 billion in work all over the country. Tim loves everything outdoors and spending time with his beautiful wife and five children.
Cary Schnell has provided construction leadership across T. D. Farrell Construction, Inc.’s national, multi-market portfolio. Cary joined the company as a Senior Project Manager in 2003 and was promoted to Senior Director of Construction in 2016. He works closely with clients and project teams from preconstruction through closeout, with a focus on consistent execution, clear communication, and accountability across every project and market. Cary earned his degree in Building Science from Auburn University. Outside of work, he enjoys boating, Auburn football and spending time with his wife and two sons.
Pam Coleman manages all financial, human resources, information technology and administration of T. D. Farrell Construction, Inc. Pam joined the T. D. Farrell Construction, Inc. team in 2013. Pam brings over 25 years of experience in public and private construction accounting to her role at T. D. Farrell Construction, Inc. She is a graduate of Kennesaw State University where she earned her Bachelors of Business – Accounting. She lives in Cumming, GA with her husband, and two children.
Anthony Long brings decades of commercial construction experience to his role as Operations Manager at T. D. Farrell Construction, Inc. He oversees day-to-day construction operations and works directly with project managers and field leadership to strengthen coordination and maintain consistent execution across the company’s national, multi-market portfolio. Before joining T. D. Farrell in 2026, Anthony held Project Executive and Senior Project Manager roles overseeing projects from preconstruction through closeout. His experience includes leading project teams and managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships across multiple markets. Anthony earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Faulkner University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, road and mountain biking, longboarding, and jet skiing.
Jeff Aldridge is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering. Jeff has worked in Project Management in various sectors including Supermarkets, Apparel Manufacturing, Banking and Retail. Jeff joined T. D. Farrell Construction, Inc. as a Project Manager in 2003. He was promoted to a Senior Project Manager in 2007 and to Vice President of Operations in 2017. Jeff and his wife homestead in Free Home, Georgia raising chickens and bees.
